Getting started
- Open Ads Autopilot AI from your Shopify admin.
- Choose a plan on the Shopify pricing page.
- Go to Google Ads and connect the Google account that manages your ads, then select the ad account to use.
- Review your campaigns on the Campaigns page and configure automation under Settings.
Common questions
How do I disconnect Google Ads?
Open the Google Ads page in the app and select Disconnect. You can also revoke access from your Google Account permissions page.
How do I change or cancel my plan?
Plans are billed by Shopify. Open Settings and select Manage Subscription, or uninstall the app to cancel billing.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
When the app is uninstalled, the Google Ads connection is disabled. Store data is deleted when Shopify sends the shop data erasure request. See our Privacy Policy for details.
